PERFORMANCE ZONES

Through analysis of the Manitoba marketplace, Quarry Seed developed for us a guideline of zones that you can refer to when trying to determine what variety fits in your area.

For fringe areas such as Saskatchewan and Alberta we encourage customers to use Performance Zone 1.

If you are interested in tracking heat units throughout the season?  Use the following website: www.farmzone.com.  Choose the area you are located in, then click on Historic.  Under Historical Data - Accumulated Totals, type in your Start and End Dates (such as seeding and maturity dates).
